Can I change the shipping address after I order the Megalith watch? 

We will be happy to change the shipping address for your order! Please email our Customer Care team with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.

Can I cancel the order after I paid?

We will be grad to help you to cancel the order. Please feel free to contact as soon as possible if you want to the order. It would be easy to cancel the order before the item is shipped,

But if the item has been sent out, sorry that we can't cancel the order.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our warehouse process the orders, which takes an additional 1–2 days.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 8 -18  business days. Finland, US, The Rest Word orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer on rare occasions.

Covid-19 Impact: Covid-19 has impacted a lot of our shipping lanes, therefore it is normal to experience some delays in shipping. Any countries currently in a Covid-19 lockdown may experience some delays in shipping times by an additional 5 days.
